Market Burger is one of Winnipeg’s most popular burger joints, and when it comes to homemade burgers, this is the place that you want to go. Each of Market Burger’s burgers are designed with the tastiest combination of buns, patties, cheese, and sauces. You can even build your own burger, with locally sourced ingredients or try the Bacon Deluxe Cheeseburger, Wolseley Poutine, or a MB Burger. Don’t forget the patio.
16. Take In Some Art
The Colours of Corydon is in full swing all along the avenue. The Colours of Corydon, is a streetscaping project features eight huge abstract metal figures, painted by local artists in an artistic competition to depict a country.
17. Dance in the Street
Every Friday and Saturday night, the Corydon Biz presents some of the most sought after local musical talent. Kick your shoes off and dance the night away.
18. Light A Flame
October Boutique, Radiance Gifts and Academy Florists feature locally made Soy Harvest Candles and the ever popular Coal and Canary candle line.
19. Stop and Smell the Flowers
Two of Winnipeg’s top floral designers are located with a few blocks of each other. Beyond Flowers and Academy Florists offer beautiful designs and bouquets. Stop in, smell the flowers, buy a bouquet or a single stem for someone special.
20. Grab A Loaf
The Pennyloaf Bakery is a small-batch artisan bakery. The bakery is a retail local that offers takeaway, old-world style bread and bakery products baked fresh daily on a wood-fired brick oven. Whenever possible our bakery uses local, seasonal and organic ingredients. Enjoy a lemon poppyseed scone with an iced coffee on their quaint patio.
21. Dip Your Bread

The Corydon area is home to some of the top stylists in Canada. It’s not too late to pick one (we got a complete list here) to get rid of last year’s winter blah to this year’s summer rave.
23. Overstuff a Burrito
If you’re craving a little bit of Mexico, swing by Burrito Del Rio. Don’t worry about the overstuffing – Corydon Ave calories don’t count on the weekend. Eenjoy it with a cool one or two on their patio.
24. Get THOSE Shoes
Yes those ones! The one’s you’ve always wanted. Second Sensation, Loka Boutique and October Boutique carry some of the latest and hottest shoe styles and designs. We’re sure you’ll find THAT pair at one of these places.
25. Go Danish
Copenhagen Bistro features unique Danish style open faced sandwiches loaded with imported meats, fresh fruits and vegetables. If you haven’t experienced this, get out and try it. They have one of the best patio locations on the avenue
