For dinner you’ve got to order the grilled bison, tempura onion, crushed potato, smoked aioli and mushroom duxelles demi-glace or Paella with spicy house made sausage, Northern Pike, prawns, chicken, mussels, artichoke, red pepper, broad beans, Arborio rice and saffron.
